my God is an awesome God.

what a beautiful day to serve :)
seriously it was such a nice day.
we went to do homeless ministry 2.0 today at cesaer chaves park in sac.
it was a lot more interactive this time around.
we got to talk to some people. and it was nice.
i mean, honestly it was awkward for me, but i really wanted to place myself out of my comfort zone and reach out to people.

mm went to davis sushi buffet for the first time today for micah's birthday
it was deeelicious.

then we went to Unity in Christ-We Were Made to Worship.
we were super late, and i wish i had come earlier because the speaker was amazing.
basically, he was like a transvestite. he was a gay man who wanted to be a woman.
and he was tired of being judged by others.
and he went through a lot throughout his life
but he turned to God desires instead of his own.
and he became christian. married to a woman with children for many many years.

i think this message was important for a lot of us, because christians often don't know what to do when it comes to a topic regarding homosexuality. but they are still God's childrens and He loves them. so we are to love them as well. it was just a really great message and there was some really great praise afterwards.
